Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Lismil account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Sign in, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the action. Your books, entries, photos, voice recordings, voice profiles, transcripts, AI-generated text, and account metadata are removed from our systems and from third-party processors we control within 30 days. AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) may retain anonymised API logs independently for up to 30 days under their own retention policies.

Option 2 — Email request

Write to info@lismil.com from the email address tied to your Lismil account. Include "Data deletion request" in the subject. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. As above, AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) may retain anonymised API logs independently for up to 30 days under their own retention policies.

If you signed up with Facebook

Removing the Lismil app from your Facebook account also triggers deletion: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Lismil → Remove. We are notified by Facebook and complete deletion within 30 days.
